LUKOWA Academy is a free, two‐month training programme, designed for students in their final years of bachelor and master studies. The programme let’s you solve real business challenges faced by LUKOWA Group. You will get both hands‐on experience, advisory from business leaders, and you’ll expand your professional network. Prepare to get hired.
What will you be doing?
The programme includes workshops on problem solving and case study methodology, company meetups, Q&A sessions with industry experts and LUKOWA top management, production tours – and it ends with your group presenting solutions to a business case study at the final event: LUKOWA Business Challenge Day.
You’ll get the opportunity to improve your knowledge and understanding of multiple business fields: International Trade, Corporate Communications and Sales, Business and Management, Finance, Business Analytics and Data Representation.
Up to 30 students are selected for participation at the LUKOWA Academy each year.
All participants are awarded with the Certificate of accomplishment in Business Development.
For the most successful participants, LUKOWA offers paid internships and employment. The entire programme is held in English.
LUKOWA Academy is intended for students of final years of undergraduate studies, as well as for students of master studies in relevant fields, such as Organisational Sciences, Economics, Agriculture, Technology and Technical Sciences but open for all the ambitious students from any faculty from Serbia who find topics of LUKOWA Academy interesting.
